| Hello all , i recently downloaded WMP 11 and now I have found out that i can share musci with my xbox , and ive read the information on my xbox about doing so , and i still cannot do it , please help please ,matty

| yeah i was VERY confused, i kept going wheres hell is my media sharing software, then when i read up further i noticed it was intergrated into windows media center, i thought this was bit crap, but it does work.

| well i got as far as clicking on the share media button them a box like the one shown below opened and then no devices were found ...

stupid question probably, but was your xbox connected and on when you were configuring WMP11? When I was setting mine up the xbox showed up immediately, and I think WMP11 activates file sharing for you when you choose to share media through its interface. Try running the nework test on your xbox frst to see if it can see the pc.
