| Known for their exhilarating live performances and unique blend of rock music styles, British trio Muse is returning to Guitar Hero for an encore performance with the release of a three track downloadable song pack for Activision's Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
Featuring the rousing hits “Exo-Politics” and “Supermassive Black Hole” from the band’s critically acclaimed album Black Holes and Revelations, and “Stockholm Syndrome” from their multi-platinum record Absolution, the Muse track pack will be available for Xbox LIVE Marketplace for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft on May 8, 2008.
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock offers the ultimate rock experience with new wireless guitars, freshly added content and features including a multiplayer action-inspired battle mode, grueling boss battles, a host of exclusive unlockable content and visually stunning rock venues. Expanded online multiplayer modes allow axe-shredders worldwide to compete head-to-head for true rock status as they riff through a star-studded soundtrack including master tracks by legendary artists such as Aerosmith, Guns 'N' Roses, The Rolling Stones, Beastie Boys, Rage Against the Machine and Pearl Jam, as well as original songs by guitar icons Slash and Tom Morello.
And in case you missed it look out for the Def Leppard content that was made available last week, including there brand new single, Nine Lives.
Rock heavyweights Def Leppard have partnered with Activision's Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on an epic three-song track pack that will give fans an exclusive opportunity to sample the band’s #1 new radio single, “,” five days before their upcoming studio album Songs from the Sparkle Lounge releases on April, 29, 2008.
The track pack also features live versions of “Photograph” and “Rock of Ages,” two of Def Leppard’s most beloved chart-toppers from their multi-platinum Pyromania album.

| No it doesn't, I didn't buy it as I was holding on for Rock Band. If I'd know then it was gonna take so long for Rock Band to be released over here I would have got it, a bit late to do that now. ;(

| | not realy m8 theres loads of great songs on GH3 that wont be on rockband imo their all worth having ps crnt bloody wait for rockband wont be getting the kit for awhile so im pleased me GH3 guitar works with it

| Im waiting for some joe satriani and Opeth to become available.
Will be waiting a while - plus, Chas, Rock Band is meant to be pretty much all about the drums....the guitar is meant to be fairly shallow and im not sure your singing would be too great
