Picked this up over weekend after seeing some positive reviews.

Its certainly different from other console versions, the passing and through balls work really well but in other areas it just seems too dumbed down. Shooting for instance is just a matter of shaking the controller, you dont seem to have any control over power the defending is also poor.

Swings and roundabouts, I picked it up too and like somethings, but you cant have everything.

I much prefer being able to pass into space and make people make runs than how hard to kick the ball.

Its fairly context sensitive as well to how hard they shoot, far out and they smack it, fairly close and its a side foot type of shot.

Its bloody difficult to play mind, i had to turn off the player names and stamina bars, as there were a couple of times where I couldnt actually see the players, along with the crosshairs.

Whatever was mentioned in the previous post, just remember...it isnt as good as COD4 is it.

I keep wondering if I should get this or not. Some demos would definately be good. I understand there is no Master League (am I right?) which is a shame. I think things like the lack of shooting power bar I'd get used to as the power bar has always seemed a bit arbitrary to me anyway.

Dont think theres a master league, but not been on it of late. The main tournies are there though, I think no master league is in line with the Wii being a pick up and quick half hour type of machine...

But yeah, Its a good game, a revolution in being able to pick space, players, and control all off the ball action....

You will have a 16 digit wii console number..... you add people into your address book so you can send them messages and share Mii's.

Each game will then have it's own seperate 12 digit code that both parties will have to add in that game for them to show....

it's a bit half assed but works for the most part as long as you both add each other....

Games: GoW/TWPGA08/GRAW2/Forza2/GH3/R6:V2/Halo3/FIFA08/PGR4/CoD4/GTA:IV
