yeah it was a cool game. The T's moving so quickly and Jays 'run and gun' style made for an interesting fight. And I got promoted to Major too

Hope to catch up for some more - i'd love to complete the casino and the comcast maps.

great session tonight Steam. I think we seriously cleaned up towards the end with Villa and Import/Export. I managed to Rank up to Elite 2

*sorry mad middle I logged on to live after this post and was not sure if anybody other than steam was still up for this game.

a bit of run and gun can be fun, but they seem better equipped to knock you down if you get too cocky.

Good fun the other night so i will definately be there.

I think me and JayB were a bit too much Run and Gun on monday night.

It's deffo a little harder though, I don't remember the bad guys throwing anything more than flashbangs previously but they seem to be using Live Nades on Junk Yard. And they spawn in some pretty huge groups now.

We are on this evening if you are up for it. Will try to be a bit more Tak-TiKul

I wasn't sure if it was harder or I was just having an off day. It was cool to play the casino again, and i like the fact that the terrorists are in different locations, keeps it fresh.

Agree that the dark versions of the maps are pretty lame.

I will try to pop on sunday morning so hope to see you then.

ok so for some reason you cant download the new maps through the acvtual game ie extras or auto update had to go to the games store in teh dashboard and reference rainbow six vegas 2 to get the new maps. unlike the weapons balancing and the extra aces.

Anyway the classic map is really good but the other two which are just darkend seem a bit pointless since the entire map is so well lit.

Yeah, the posters change and the crystal skull ones showed up about 2 weeks ago. In fact one showed up in one of the Import/Export offices which seemed a bit odd and out of place.

On thing Im not sure about do the adverts in the game update? I did not notice the Indiana Jones adverts before?

While playing t-hunt the other day i noticed people playing a map called COMCAST EVENT. I thought it was some special event thing but it turns out that its a free map paid for by a company in the US called Comcast.

To get this freebie:
Go to EXTRAS > COMCAST GIFT then enter the code 'comcast faster'

Seems to be set in a gaming event with lots of hidding places and kill throughs. Pretty tough map.

Just put vegas 2 on and there is an update that gives you the private class achievement.
