After the LAN I re-purchased Top Spin 2 and have been spending some time with it again creating new players seeing as I removed all my content when I traded it in.

 

To help relieve the boredom I kitted my player out with the downloadable content tops and shorts and I believe this has been responsible for several game crashes.

 

Sometimes the game will simply freeze when loading an event - be it training or an actual tournament.

 

I re-start my 360 and try again - same thing.

 

I cleaned the disk a few times at first thinking it was a bad disk I got (not everyone takes the same level of care with their disks and this was a pre-owned copy I bought).

 

No scratches or greasy fingerprints on this disk though it's pristine and in as good a condition as it could be.

 

So this latest crash I decided to change my gear and use the basic sponsor stuff in my bag - it didn't crash this time.

 

Just a heads-up for those who still play it or are playing it to get back into things before Top Spin 3.

 

 

It's definately the downloaded clothes as my new player had the same problem just a few events into the career - I thought I'd try it out just as a test.
