| Not played this in ages myself. Maybe have to dust this off as everything seems to be quiet on Live with people preferring to either race against the clock on PGR or play Crackdown. This community used to be about playing together on Live, anyway I digress.. Try wading through this thread, don't know if it'll have all your answers but I remember the vampire thing was covered a few times.

| | oh he's back on his (knackered) horse again. only kiddin Chas. firstly, Aiden give it up, secondly, when there are some decent live games(GRAW2 comes this Friday)and not the pap that is R6LV, Gears of Bore or Crapdown, imho, then it may tempt some of the more discerning gamers back to playing multiplayers, none of the current batch of new games has really grabbed our attention. i have been available nightly on COD2/3, PGR3 and GRAW2 demo. in fact i had a great session on COD2 with Shadow last night. thirdly, the current timetrial challenge on PGR3 has put a bit of life into an overlooked, solid game, which can also be played on live(hint), we've had some great nights in the past playing it, its all we've got car wise(and dont say "what about T(ur)DU", until Forza Motorsport turns up in May, or possibly GTR at the end of March(not heard much about this which is a bad sign). i also think Worms could shake up our live scene as it holds fond memories for many of us "mature" gamers. another dissapointing aspect from my perspective is the poor take up for the knockout cup, considering so many people wanted to join the league i have only had eleven entrants including myself! i wait with baited breath for replies...
who says you can't polish a turd... |

| i would have joined the tourny flan but it would have meant the end of my marriage.
As for the playing on live - i am there most nights waiting for invites that don't come - at the mo i just stick on crackdown until someone goes on something and invites me.
As for the games i really enjoyed the nights we all played vegas and gears of war and i love the pgr tourement - everyone is so fecking negative - take some happy pills and send me an invite

| | Well FPS games aren't my thing although I did try and break into them so that left me with little to play on Live considering I am not the biggest fan of Pro Evo (I did give this a good try also and enjoyed it sometimes too). PGR3 time challenge has been fun but I haven't had a lot of time lately and missed the past couple - I'll try to get back on track (groan) with this. Crackdown hasn't really blown me away - it is solid but I find it frustrating also. Worms should be interesting though quite enjoyed that. Back on topic - also in that thread Chas refers to is (if memory serves me well) reference to a quest to negate the need to have lockpicks - I hate the lockpicking with a passion so it was an absolute godsend.

| Hiya,
I didn't read through the thread as there were too many pages but there is an easier solution. If you've bought any of the downloadable missions; The Vile Lair (Deepscorn Hollow) has an area (Font of Renewal) in it were it will turn you back to a human. You need to use some purgeblood salts which can be found in the same room on the left as you walk in. Look at the deformed wall in the corner.
Hope this helps. |
