I love this game, the best 360 game i have played by a mile.

I am sure you wont be dissapointed with the online play SK. Pitch and I were thinking we should be able to have a 8 player timed tourny one night since more of us are picking this one up now.

Looking forward to hear how you get on in Tournament mode and how many controllers you smash. I opted for using the two control sticks over the buttons as I thought it would be easier to use two types of spin by pushing to the angle rather than pressing two buttons. It was tricky at first and I still get out of position occasionally but when you get it right it feels like the natural control for this game. On the other hand it could be why I keep gettting mullered by the AI and Picth

I ordered this and it arrived today so only had a quick go over my lunch break.

Going through the training right now and I must admit I can see myself getting into this one - the controls just seem right.

Doesn't look too shabby either

Has anyone got thorugh tournament mode (hard mode). If you have I would appreciate some tips. This has to be one of the hardest single player games I have ever played. I have managed to occasionally win the first game in the the semi finals and get close on one of the remaining two games. However, the AI seems pretty good a hitting the killer smash or edge of the table on crucial points.

The scary thing is its rock hard now. Cant imagine ever getting through the final or the mode after hard:shocked

Lucky the live game is so good since I feel like I have hit the wall with single player

Absolutely excellent fun on live (once you get the hang of it). Stll finding it very frustrating on the third tournament (Hard mode) can only get to the semis with which ever character I use.

Great value for money for live alone. Hard to explain the feeling of winning or losing after a >100 shot rallies. Great games last night Pitch. Once you get in to it and you get past 60 or so rallies you just cant help a smile creeping across your face in anticiapation of the crucial mistake or powered smash winner.

Seen a few of you onlive so hopefullywe can try the timed 8 player tournament soon.

If you like your racket or bat games this is a must. I would say its a bit frustrating at first, especially if you are used to topsin, but once I got used to using the two joysticks for movement and shots this game plays brilliantly.

Only downside is no option for rematch on live (another Patch hopefully)

Just a quick word on this game. SUPERB just about sums it up, great gfx and flawless online play.

Probably the most enjoyable 360 games on xbox live.

ign`s table tennis review scored 7.8/10. The review says the score would have been higher if their was a more in depth single player mode(ie lack of career mode and mini games) . The gameplay and controls are top notch though

like topspin 2 , its the multiplayer and xbox live which appeal to me anyway.

What do you expect for £25??

If it gets good reviews then I will probably get it. Lower price than most new games

Although not sure my heart can take the tension if it plays like Top Spin. Had some great, adrenalin pumping, games of Topsin with Pitch

looks good this, good to see its a 360 title only, Getting tired off re hashed and lazy cross port 360 games.

Could be very addictive and great on live.
