Mines really quite, in is so quite you'd think it's not there.......come to think of it, it ain't there, so can Mr Thief please return my box, cus i have to do stuff like, talk to the mrs in the evenings and watch stupid soaps and summat called most haunted..........and goto bed at least 6 hours before i goto work.

God i miss the days/nights when i'd goto bed, dream about the game i've been playing for the last 12 hours, only to find out it's time to get up for work

both the fans are quite loud and when the drive starts it just kranks it up

Im afraid thats kind of normal for some, is it the DVD drive or the fan. My first 360 at a noisey fan on the power unit.

Can any of you wonderfull peeps lay my mind at ease ?

The new 360 that came my way after the 3 red lights of doom is in a word a noisy lil thing. Its almost like a wind turbine. I have mine horizontal an the right hand side of the unit you can feel a lot of cool air, at the back however it a tad on the hot side.

As M$ think its acceptable to give me a new box Manufacture date 07/07 buit only a short warranty I dont want this one going pop at my expense.

So in short should it so noisy ?
