son of a b**** , mine is a belkin , and when i was connecting in gears of war it kept cumming up and it says connection lost with the player , oh is that because of the NAT thing ?

any help apperctiated , onion

It could be, first off you need to check your NAT as explained in the first post, if it doesn't say Open then it could be a cause of problems.

i did a test on my xbox and it says for the NAT > moderate and i havent a clue what that means lol

Onion , you need to get to the administration interface of your router and then follow the instructions in the first post of this thread.

Do you know how to do that ?
