| | It has been suggested that we get together more often by setting up gaming nights. This could be just what is needed to get more of us back online. MG suggested a 'Vegas night', but it would be just as easy to have a couple of nights a week for different games and you join and play what you want too. What do you think/want?

| 2 & 3 are the same thing.
Now and again is when I can play...
I'm usually on for an hour or 2 playing something single player whenever the Mrs. puts the controller down (bedtime).

| I would say I'll play all the time as I indeed do have no life. But I do need to sleep as my lovely children insist on waking everyone up at 7am, which means playing to silly o'clock can only be done once in a while.

| | Good thread Pirrie. I would like to have more online gaming, especially considering the games coming out over the next 3 months . However, like everyone I have other commitments, so I have voted that I will play when I can. However, it would actually be much easier for me to have regular night/nights throughout the week/month which I know about in advance. I wouldn't be able to commit to all of them, but at least I can move around my other committments to fit in some Happy to help organise if there is interest in the forum. I also have to be up early in the week, so 8-12 works best for me. Sometimes I am on at 7 but no one seems to be playing any online games until 10:30 or later!

| Im up for some arranged nights, my problem is im stuck on LOTRO at the min, but if i knew if and when games night are on i would drop it, i like the idea pirrie said about having it a few night a week with different games as then u can pick and choose

| | only reason I keep mentioning vegas is between that and forza its the one that holds most scope for variation through the night, forza can get a bit dull after 5/6 races as its usually the same people getting the podiums, where the different modes and maps on vegas add much more to the evening. dont think ill be rebuying GRAW2 as Skate is out at the end of sept and I can see I will be online a lot with that sessioning rails n such  But whenever Vegas or Forza is on the cards, gimmie a shout/drop me a message on the xbox as im on the website most days so can pick up text messages through there.

| | I see your point Gorf about option 2 and 3 being the same for you. Tell the misses that I for one want to see more off you online and I'm sure everyone else would as well. There is so many long term members that don't seem to be about online like they used to be. On a different note, what nights are a no-no to people. I've noticed in the past that Friday nights and Sunday nights were easier to get people on, but Saturdays seemed to be a night where most off you's spent time with friends and family, went drinking, etc and as a result were very quiet on live. I'm talking about a good while ago mind you, but a Saturday with the wife and/or kids would stop the 'you spend no time with your family, I'm leaving' senario, unless you want a divorce to play more 360.

2 is "i can play when the mrs lets me"
3 is "i play when i can be bothered"
How i read it anyway.
Saturdays and sundays are out for me cos saturdays im doing...er...seeing the mrs and sundays i get drunk with the lads. Fridays are cool with me, as is any weekday, just limited to getting on at about 1030/11.

| I said a see why they are the same for Gorf, not for us. It's not the first time he's complained about the misses hoggin the 360 and I feel for the guy, my wife plays my 360, but she doesn't hog it which I'm gratefull for. Yes, Gorf didn't quite put it in so many words, but I never said I had tact. At least he'll not get started on for too many late live nights, but she might.

| | With myself, it all depends what shift I'm on that week. Morning shifts I play from tea time till 10pm. Afternoons I play from 11pm till whenever I get tired. And nights I dont play at all . The main night I could probably play is fri nights. But if I see people online playing something I've got, I'll always try and join in when Im about.
