| | Hi all, I've recently picked up another 360 cheap. So i was thinking about sending my original back to MS to get the drive fixed/replaced. Whats the process involved to get these things sent back to MS?. And anyone got the phone number . Sorry if its been posted elsewhere, I havent got time to sive threw 100's of posts looking for the info. And I thought some kindly person would be able to help me . Cheers Pa1N

| I sent my RROD 360 last wednesday, it is being shipped back today, but from Germany (where it was sent) so I hope to get it on Friday.

| it wasn't shipped back on wednesday, UPS haven't picked it up yet, but they know it's there, so I won't get it tell the middle of next week. MS really know how to annoy people.
