| | Is there any way I can get the extra content downloads without being on xbox live? Whilst i am assurred that being on live is a fabulous experience, young family, time and money means that my priorities are else where. I am running a pc system using basic vista with a cable broadband internet connection. Any suggestions guy and gals? Cheers |

| I'm sure that you can still download content with a free silver account. Just hook up your xbox online and set-up a silver account. All you need is a valid email address.
If you give more details on what type of set-up you have, e.g. usb modem or router, then the chaps here can point you in the right direction.

| | really helpful fezza! Why pay for something you ain't gonna use! Connect your xbox with the ethernet cable in to your router or modem. Silver accounts are free. Not sure if you will need to set-up a new account or use your current gamertag but either way the updates are on the box not the tag.
Just when i thought i was in they threw me back out. |
